Q: What is a commercial quality inflatable?
A: Commercial quality inflatables are inflatable games used for rental business. Our product are made of 18 oz. heavy-duty fire resistant vinyl which are safe and durable for rental business. All our inflatable products are double or triple stitched all over. Jumping areas are protected to provide longer life. Business banners on top of bouncers and warning signs printed on the entry of bouncers.

Q: How could I tell if a inflatable product is high quality or not?
A: One way to identify a high quality inflatable is by its weight. A 15x15 commercial quality moonwalk should weights around 250lb. some cheap kind moonwalks using nylon or some other thinner martial mixed with thicker material which can not last as long as our moonwalks.

Q: How many children can play at one time?
A: Some Bouncer, Slides and crawlers can safely handle more participants that others. The rental agreement and rules for operation will be provided to you and will state the number of users allowed on the equipment you rent. We welcome your call to allow us to provide you with any information that will help make your event both safe and memorable.

Q: Are your bouncers clean?
A: Yes. All our equipment is clean. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, healthy, and safe environment.

Q: How far in advance should I make a reservation?
A: That would depend on the time of year and what you would like to rent. Many of our rentals are booked well in advance of the usual holidays. The best way to insure that you will be able to get what you want is to book as soon as you have decided on the date for a party or event. We hate to have to disappoint anyone who is requesting a specific item.

Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes, we believe that inflatables should be available to anyone who wants it. To make our product affordable to everyone we will delivery and set up and secure the inflatable.

Q: Can inflateables be set-up indoors?
A: Yes. We can set up inflatables in gymnasiums, halls, churches, or any where else that can accommodate the height of our inflatables.

Q: What happens if I lose power?
A: All inflatables designed for commercial or rental use require a fan or blower that runs continuously. Should the blowers provided to you stop working, immediately remove the children playing in or on it. Then check the circuit breaker to see if it has tripped. If so, reset the breaker and continue playing on the inflatables. Should the breaker trip a second time you should try another electrical outlet.

Q: Why do I have to use anchors or sandbags with inflatables?
A: While inflatables are heavy, they also present a large surface to the wind. If an inflatable is not anchored correctly the wind, depending on how strong it is, can actually pick it up and blow it away with or without children playing in or on it. Regardless of how well anchored an inflatable is it should not be played on or in when the winds exceed twenty miles per hour.

Q: Can I use a water hose on a inflatables?
A: There are inflateables designed for use with water and your Certified Inflatable Operator will be glad to explain them to you. Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use.

Q: Why is an adult required at all times to monitor the use of an inflatable?
A: Inflatables that are used correctly are safer than playground swings and slides. Improper use by the occupants, such as climbing on the nets, rough housing or running into one another can cause serious injury. It is important that a responsible adult be in charge of an inflatable at all times to insure that all safety rules are followed to prevent injury.
